Polyjacking is a method used to lift and level sunken concrete slabs by injecting an expanding polyurethane foam underneath them. It is an advanced method that replaces mudjacking to create a longer lasting solution to lifting and leveling sunken concrete opposed to tear out and replace methods. Polyjacking is also used to stabilize compromised soils. The process of raising concrete with polyurethane non toxic lifting foam involves controlled incremental injections to achieve the desired lift. We use a specialized non toxic polyurethane foam formulated specifically for concrete lifting and leveling. A series of 5/8ths diameter holes are drilled into the concrete to achieve a successful lift. The polyurethane used for lifting is a different formulation than spray foam insulation, designed for structural support and to fill voids, not for insulation.
